We invest heavily in local and nationwide charities such as the Injured jockey’s fund, as well as local football clubs, local schools and local community projects.
We are keen to develop skills within younger generations, so we invest every year in apprenticeships to bring young people into the trade and give them the opportunity of a career in the construction and civil engineering industry.
Our team are an integral part of our business, so we want to ensure that they are looked after and made to feel safe at work. We are accredited with NHBC, Living wage, Constructionline, ISO and SafeContractor.
The health and safety of both our team and our clients is the highest priority for us at LIP Construction Ltd. With that in mind, we have our own dedicated Compliance Manager to oversee and support all our projects.
